Lotus Garden is one of the best Thai and Vietnamese restaurants I have been to in Australia. I had lemongrass tofu and pad see ew and they were excellent! I can highly recommend eating here!

Edit - disappointed that ever since I wrote this glowing review the crispy pork has not been crispy, meat still tasty and tender but skin not crackled, otherwise the noodle dish is still tasty and so is all the other food - I love this place, I have had Thai and Vietnamese food from many different places. I love Asian food. I have not ever had a bad dish from this place! Their pad si ew is perfection with that smokiness that you get from wok over flame 🔥 I haven’t tried a lot from the Vietnamese side (love that food) but the crispy pork stir fry noodle is legendary!!! May be a bit on the oily side for some people but the flavour is the bomb and the crispy pork is CRISPY! which sometimes from some places it isn’t (don’t tell me it’s crispy pork when it ain’t) highly recommend this restaurant!
Food was very fresh and well presented. The photos are from the lunch specials menu, which was an amazing bargain for only $10 a plate.

The food is absolutely amazing... authentic, cooked with care and love. I asked the chef to make me a seafood laksa (it's the benchmark I use at all Thai restaurants). It's not on the menu, and she happily obliged. It was heaven..... the best I have eaten outside of Asia. All the food is excellent.... this chef knows how to cook!
We stayed in Timbertown for the night and were lucky enough to find this fabulous restaurant . It’s BYO with no corkage and the food was simply Devine . The spring rolls were fresh and crispy and came with a really nice sweet chilli sauce , which as well as being sweet had a really good kick to it . The vegetarian green curry and the Thai chilli and basil tofu stir fry was just perfect . Service was efficient and staff very friendly. This really made our stay in timbertown and I would highly recommend
10/10 ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS First time visiting wauchope so glad we decided to try the local Thai cuisine. Everything was so fresh and served hot. Quality 👌 Dining area clean and comfortable One of the best Thai places we have eaten at Menu fairly priced, highly recommend
I have out of necessity become conscious of food quality and since I left the Port Macquarie area have not found any curries that rival or equal the quality and taste of these ones to the point where I probably won’t bother eating another curry until I return to the area.
Ordered the spicy pork and egg fried rice and both dishes were excellent. The flavors were spot on, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The spicy pork had a great kick without being overpowering, and the egg fried rice was fragrant and satisfying. Definitely a 5/5 Asian certified meal! Would happily come back again. Highly recommended if you’re craving good, flavorful Chinese food.
